Your organization wants to increase its outreach & increase its membership. Depending on the org goals, here are some suggestions. Note that implementing even one suggestion is very difficult & can required concerted effort from many people. Be patient. Prioritize & implement in a phased approach.

- Promote Indic festivals
- Celebration of every Indic festival. Prioritize & gradually increase to every festival.
- Honor teachers during Guru Poornima & festivals for teachers
- Honor protectors during Raksha Bandhan as in the past
- Pujas for every Indic festival. Pujas can be done by volunteers or by hiring someone. Prioritize & gradually increase.
- Regular Bhajans. Weekly or Monthly. Have a Bhajan coordinator at every level.
- Regular Asana, Pranayama & Dhyana sessions.
- Asana contests.
- Promote Indic studies. Be careful not to fund Hinduphobic academics.

- Coordinate with language organizations that are not inimical to Hinduism.
- Sponsor open source software that will help play games & help learn Indic languages. Have student volunteers earn credits.

- Get all Indian languages as accredited courses for schools.
- Learn Indic mathematics, such as Bhaskaracharya's Lilavati, Vedic Math, Varahamihira

- Chess with Indic theme (based off excavated piece of elephant warrior-add cavalry, camel etc). Try to get lichess to accept the theme.
- Consider manufacturing these chess pieces with designers. Support Indian artists & craftsmen.
- Scrabble like word games & anything else for Indic languages.
- Vedic math tutorials.
- Religious themed Linux. Conch for mouse, spinning chakra busy icon, Bhagavan wall papers etc.
- Panchangam software.
- Outreach to organizations inimical to Hindus & invite for debates. Through constant engagement & debate, maybe animosity can be reduced & pluralism/mutual respect achieved.
- Debate the Breaking India Marxist, Missionary, Mullah orgs who are willing to debate.
- Outreach to neutral & friendly organizations dispelling misconceptions.
- Debate Jewish orgs on origin of Swastika vs HakenKreuz
- Ragam identification contests.
- Movie songs.
- Classical songs.
- Movie evenings of Indian historical & Dharmic movies/series. Discuss accuracies/inaccuries post movie.
- Prison outreach: teach Dhyana, Dharana, Yoga, Asana. Strengthen society.
