Currently, there's a vaccuum on certain issues that politicians are afraid or unwilling to handle. There is a political opportunity for whoever can seize it, by promising the following agenda.
- Repeal RTE (Right to Education) Act that is forcing Hindu schools alone to conform to onerous regulations, resulting in their shutting down.
- End reservations.
- Repeal 498a.
- Amend Waqf board act to reduce its powers
- Regain church land. End Hindu tax payer funding to religious schools, which will hit the church & madarassas.
- Dissolve the minority commission.
- Repeal the SC/ST act.
- Allow terrorized victims to bear arms legally in the Red Corridor, Kashmir & Mizoram/Meghalaya.
- Free Hindu temples from govt control
- Dissolve Supreme Court collegium. Have the parliament nominate & ratify appointments similar to USA.
- Don't allow courts to postpone or stay cases unless there is severe sickness or death of the plaintiff, defendant or judge.
- Revoke communist labor laws. Make the entire country a SEZ (Special Economic Zone) instead of a pocket.
- Make freedom of speech absolute. Have a high bar for libel. Revoke 'hurting religious sentiments of people' laws.
- Legalize citizen spying for corruption. Share recovery with whistleblowers.
- Revoke places of worship act.
- Revoke licenses of NGOs & foreign media.
- Severe punishment for littering. Japan & Singapore implemented this severe punishment resulting in cleanliness.
