Being positive-From the Ramayanam

A desperate Meghnath, unable to defeat Lakshmanan, uses his Naga Paasham. It binds Rama and Lakshmana, gradually sucking their life out of them.
The Vanara army is panic-stricken and in deep depression. Vibheeshana reveals that there is no known cure for the Naga Paasham, and it will leave only after sucking the life out.
And suddenly, Anjaneya is also missing...
Jambhavan and Sugreeva are extremely panicked and agitated. Sugreeva moans whether Anjaneya has also been taken captive, and is now bound and imprisoned within Lanka, and asks his people to start searching for him.

Where was Anjaneya at this time, of greatest and deepest despair? He went to meet Garuda, to convince him to intervene and remove the Naga Paasha, since he is the natural foe of the snakes. Garuda is initially reluctant, believing it to be one of Supreme Lord's plays. Hanuman, however succeeds, and Garuda removes the death-bind of the Naga Paasha. A grateful Rama, thanks and asks Garuda who he is. Garuda pays his respects, and tells Rama that he will become aware of their mystic relationship, when he realizes who he is.

Anjaneya earns from Rama the title: Sankat-Mochan: Dispeller of miseries for this act.

Analysis: Even at the time of deepest despair, when Rama and Lakshmana themselves are in peril, when everyone around him is completely disillusioned, Anjaneya does not get disheartened, thinks about his next move, and simply acts.
